My practice is founded on the same values and morals that we’re all accustomed to here in North Dakota- Trust, integrity and commitment to excellence. My team and I are ready to give you a multidiscipline approach to health. We are ready to give you innovative care for you and your family.

Dr. Eberts attended the University of North Dakota for her undergraduate studies in health sciences, and remained active on campus during her time at UND. She then received early acceptance into the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She volunteered every year for a program that serves many children that do not receive routine dental care, called Give Kids a Smile. While at the U of MN, she enjoyed the opportunity to be an ambassador for the dental school. Dr. Eberts also represented her dental class in an intra professional organization at the University of Minnesota.

Indian Health Services in Belcourt, ND recruited Dr. Eberts where she be began her dental career serving the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation. Dr. Eberts and her husband, Dr. Marvin Eberts, a South Heart native, resided in Bottineau, ND for a few years. They enjoyed being active in their church, North Dakota Young Professionals, and at the Dakota College of Bottineau. Dr. Eberts is also involved in the American Dental Association and the North Dakota Dental Association.

Dr. Eberts moved to Dickinson in 2012, where she is looking forward to serving southwestern North Dakota and becoming an active member of the Dickinson community. Dr. Eberts and her husband enjoy the outdoors, hiking, biking, and skiing. She joins her husband, Dr. Marvin Eberts, a chiropractor. The husband/wife team is looking forward to practicing and serving their patients under the same roof. We love calling Dickinson our home. They have five children: Madelyn, Mack, Micah, Mariam, and Miles.


Heather Badinger, RDH

Heather is a Dickinson native, she has a passion for serving the people in the surrounding area. She graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in 2016 with her Associate in Applied Science, for Assisting and Associate in Applied Science for Dental Hygiene in 2018. Earning her degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Heather moved back with her husband, James. Heather is excited to be a part of the Aspire Health Team, and offer her patients compassionate and personalized care. She enjoys educating and helping her patients find the right tools they need to improve their oral hygiene. What Heather loves most about being a dental hygienist is being able to meet her patients on a personal level. In Heather's spare time you can find her chasing after her two boys Elijah and Isaiah, spending time with family, and or find her nose in a book.




Elli Bloom, RDH

Elli is originally from the Twin Cities, she moved to North Dakota with her parents in 2019 to be closer to family.

Elli graduated from Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN in 2023 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Elli strives to create a calm and positive environment for her patients.

In her free time, she enjoys going for walks and being with family.


Chelsey Schaeffer, DA

Chelsey was born in Dickinson and raised in New England, ND. She is currently doing on the job training to become a Certified Dental Assistant. She graduated from Bismarck State College in 2013 with her Associate Degree in Applied Science, for Surgical Technology. Chelsey worked as a Certified Surgical Technologist for four years before having her first son. She now lives in Dickinson with her two kids, Noah & Sawyer.

Chelsey enjoys spending time with family and friends in the Dickinson area and in her free time she loves to travel all over the US and abroad!

Jodi Braut, Front Desk

Jodi

Jodi recently moved from Montana back to her home state of North Dakota after 21 years. She is excited to be back in her home state and being a part of the amazingly caring, and positive team at Aspire Health Clinic. 

She enjoys spending time outdoors with her two children and partner water skiing, snow skiing, boating, and playing with their three dogs.

You will see her smiling face greet you when entering the office. She assists patients with their scheduling of appointments, along with checking patients in and out of their appointments.
